Bringing Christmas in to your classroom
I know it's only September, but it is flying past and as the weather turns colder and the days start to get shorter Christmas season is beginning to feel close!
I love the festive season, I love the chance to decorate the rooms and the excitement that just radiates from the children.
Setting up a Santa's workshop in your class is so much fun!
Give the children opportunities to write naughty and nice lists, be elves of the day and start a Christmas count down.
Wrap boxes, hang tinsel and streamers. Make it an exciting place to be!
Role play areas are so much fun and at this time of year even more so!
